Thank you for shopping at MILDY HANDS! Most of our items are made to order and the specific processing time is noted on each product page. Once your order has been processed, the shipping times below will apply.

1. International Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship globally! You can choose from the following shipping options at checkout:

Please note: Due to recent customs issues, only DHL Express is available for shipments to the United States.

• International Parcel: US$15.
• International Express Mail Service (EMS): US$25.
• DHL Express: US$45.

Important Note on Duties & Taxes:
Please be aware that our shipping fees do not include any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees levied by the destination country. We ship on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. This means you, the customer, are solely responsible for paying these charges upon arrival to clear your package through customs. Failure to pay these fees may result in your package being returned to us, in which case you will be responsible for the original shipping fees and any return shipping costs.

2. Estimated International Delivery Time
Once shipped, international delivery times vary depending on your chosen service and destination:

• International Parcel: Typically takes 10-15 business days.
• International Express Mail Service (EMS): Generally takes 5-10 business days.
• DHL Express: Usually takes 2-3 business days.

Please understand that these are estimates. Actual delivery times can vary significantly due to customs processing in the destination country, local postal service efficiency, and unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or major global events.

3. Order Tracking
For your peace of mind, all international shipments include a tracking number.

Upon shipment, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your unique tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey via [e.g., your preferred international courier's website, or a universal tracking service like 17TRACK.net].

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, take clear photos of both the package and the contents immediately upon receipt, and contact us within 48 hours. In the rare event of a lost parcel, please contact us within 30 days of shipment, and we'll assist in filing a claim with the carrier to find a satisfactory resolution.

5. Important Considerations
Customs Declarations: We are legally required to declare the accurate value of all international shipments on customs forms. We cannot mark items as "gifts" or declare a lower value than the actual purchase price.
Refused Deliveries: If a package is refused by the recipient due to duties, taxes, or other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.
Holiday & Peak Seasons: During major international holidays or peak sales periods, order processing and international delivery times may be significantly extended.
