Restitching & Refresh Service — for MILDY HANDS pieces

Wallets come home. Some after ten years — cleaned, conditioned, restitched by hand, and sent back into rotation. This service is for MILDY HANDS pieces of any age.

What's included

Old stitching removed, a deep clean and condition, a full hand-restitch in Supersew MBT polyester (the thread I've used since 2018 — it outlasts the waxed linen on early pieces), and one pass to refresh the edges. If I find anything else worth attention when your piece is on the bench, I'll email you before doing it.

How it works

1. Email me photos first (Contact) — front, back, and the areas that need work. I'll confirm this service fits your piece.
2. Place the order and choose your product type above.
3. Ship it to the workshop — the workshop address is on the About Us page. Inbound shipping is paid by you; a tracked service is strongly recommended.
4. On the bench — typically 1–2 weeks once it arrives.
5. Home again — return shipping is calculated at checkout, tracked all the way.

Good to know

The leather itself rarely needs repair — shell cordovan holds up remarkably well. Day-to-day care, if you want it, is covered in the Care Guide.
